PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF INTENT
TO FILE AN APPLICATION
The Village of New Lexington hereby gives notice of its intent to file an application for financial assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development for construction of sewer treatment facilities. This notice is published in accordance with Rural Development regulations contained in RUS Instruction 1780.19(a). The proposed project involves the construction and improvements of the Wastewater Treatment Plant to serve the Village.
A copy of the preapplication to USDA Rural Development is available for review at the following location by appointment:

TEMPORARY CHANGE IN OFFICE HOURS

State Route 13 Restrictions to Begin Monday, June 13th
Beginning Monday, June 13th State Route 13/North Main Street will be restricted in New Lexington between Union and Factory Street for a bridge repair. Traffic will be maintained with a temporary signal. Drivers should use caution and expect delays. The project is expected to be completed November 15, 2016.
